After starting in optometry at 12 years old in his family’s practices, Jared spent over a decade working as a technician, optician, lab manager, and patient therapist (aka punching bag), providing him with valuable insights that led to the creation of Arrellio. While we’re not sure if there’s ever a time Jared isn’t working, he is an absolute sucker for his rescue dog, Rocky. We hear him say “Wockyyyyy” in his baby voice every day.

Before being Arrellio’s tech-wizard and resident vocabulary aficionado, Andrew spent 5 years at an optometry practice holding practically every role from optician and office manager to RCM architect. His product philosophy is that the optometry industry has always settled for "good enough." At Arrellio, his standard is that every feature needs a "magic" element - something that could only come from someone who's actually experienced a role in optometry. Originally from Atlanta (the Falcons are a sore subject), Andrew now calls Austin home, where he explores the city with his wife and hangs out with his cat, Polly. She is meticulous about helping clients and uses her past optical experience to educate and onboard practices. A Houston native now calling Austin home, Callie spends her weekends taking recreational ballet classes and perfecting the art of the “brunch-then-nap.” She is also, by all accounts, the fastest walker at Arrellio.
